SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel occasionally for this position.

1) Planning, execution and evaluation of fleet exercises, operational war games (e.g., Global, 360), and operational experimentation events.
2) Tracking analytic components across operational warfighting domains and collecting, displaying, disseminating and conducting analysis on that data.
3) Employing a range of analytical techniques to support the development of warfighting or readiness trends and provide advice to senior leadership on warfighting or readiness risks and warfighting impacts.
4) Assigning work to personnel based on priorities, difficulty and requirements of assignments while providing oversight in accordance with rules and regulations.
5) Counseling staff members, resolving complaints and recommending/executing disciplinary measures.
