Perform as the go-to person to integrate business goals and objectives with specific IT strategies, programs, initiatives, and investments. Advise organizational leadership on emerging technologies and how to implement them and work alongside leadership to ensure IT and business planning are fully integrated on a continuous basis to increase business capability and value, reduce cost and risk, foster innovation, and maximize accountability and return on investment. Support the development of decision making tools to identify recommendations that deliver gains in efficiencies related to applications, processes, or resources. Collaborate with cross-functional architecture and development teams to perform research, modeling, and analysis of technology resources. Apply analytical techniques that recommend technical solutions to help the organization achieve its objectives. Lead technical workshops, decision meetings, collaborative sessions, and executive briefings related to a wide-range of IT topics. Manage the delivery of high quality work products, including the development and maintenance of project schedules and resources and develop whitepapers and marketing materials.
-Experience with performing analysis of systems and business processes
-Experience with business communication and interfacing to conceptualize technology implementations in terms of business outcomes
-Experience with presenting complex information to non-technical audiences
-Active Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree required
-Experience with quantitative analysis techniques, including statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, and optimization programming
-Experience with enterprise architecture or building enterprise transformation plans or roadmaps for federal clients
-Possession of excellent presentation skills
