We're looking for a high impact, high energy, multi-channel product marketing leader to spearhead our product evolution and go to market strategy across our airline retailing, distribution, and offer management product portfolios. ATPCO and Routehappy together are transforming the way people shop for flights through our industry leadership in pricing and shopping data. Our customers include Google, Expedia, Skyscanner, Sabre, Air Canada, Emirates, United, Delta and many other airlines and distributors of all sizes around the world. As Product Marketing Director, your team will be responsible for creating segment-specific and ABM campaigns built to achieve adoption and revenue targets, working closely with both product and commercial teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with attention to detail and an acute sense to simplify the positioning and value statements across complex data and technology products. In this role, you will standardize content & sales kits for multiple audiences across worldwide markets, partners and customers. You should have a deep commercial mindset and an exceptional ability to drive engagement and adoption through product marketing - all with a passion for travel, technology, and innovation. This is a highly visible role in the online travel industry and will require you to work closely with internal stakeholders, executives, content SMEs, brand and digital marketing, global regional leadership, and partner liaisons - to build the right content, in the right channel, for the right customer, at the right time. We need a leader obsessed with the customer experience and who has an attitude of getting things done across organizational boundaries, and varying points of view and priorities. You will be the day to day manager of our Product Marketing team, a team focused on account-based, buyer-based campaign strategies of global scope. This role reports to the Director of Marketing. Key responsibilities include: Creating and leading a product marketing strategy that enhances ATPCO's reputation with new and existing buyers, that simplifies our product naming and pricing strategies, and creates sales and business development opportunities for our retailing, distribution, and offer management solutions. The successful candidate will be highly skilled at Thinking Locally - Creating and leading our global GTM strategy and identifying fresh opportunities for specific regional markets Driving messaging and content that engages - ensuring we follow a short and long term plan that balances the right calls to action based on channel and customer expectation Understanding marketing trends within the digital ecosystem - particulary the role technology plays in shifting customer expectations across channels Working with your peers - marketing leaders across Sales, Product Strategy, Digital Marketing, Campaigns, and Content to develop a smooth digital buyers journey from discovery to product adoption and advocacy. Leveraging account-based marketing to ensure our customers feel how important they are to us, and to attract new customers who would find value from our data. Interested in developing digital, community, and personal relationships with airlines and non-airline customers, across the C-suite, influencers, decision makers, developers, and analysts. Developing a team of leaders - Must be a passionate team leader who thrives off the development of their employees and able to create a learning environment that connects their team to the latest trends in marketing, emerging technology, and air travel The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in complex customer and product marketing roles. Applicants need to have a flexible can-do attitude, be comfortable with role ambiguity, and initiative to drive proactive change as a leader. Must be willing to work from the global headquarters located at Dulles Airport near Washington DC. National and/or international travel may be required. Product Marketing Business Acumen: Ability to make sense of a complex products and simplify positioning, pricing, bunding, and product naming architectures.
