Qualifications: Experience with full life-cycle recruiting in a high volume, fast paced work environment. Deep knowledge of compliance requirements and demonstrated recruiting ethics. Previous success recruiting for all levels of resources holding active security clearances with a full understanding Federal Government contracts. Proven ability to recruit for IT positions on both subcontracts and prime contracts. Must have experience recruiting individuals cleared up to TS/SCI with Lifestyle Polygraph level. Proven ability to conduct extensive internet mining and social networking tactics for sourcing the best qualified candidates and building a network for passive candidates. Experience working directly with hiring managers to clarify and qualifying government IT requirements. Demonstrated customer and candidate management abilities and relationship building skills.
