A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Level 1 and 2 Software Customer Support Engineer. Candidates will be responsible for the following: Providing outstanding customer service through installation, training and maintenance of software. Providing investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems Working with customer or customer support contacts to resolve technical problems with software. Qualifications Include: Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related field At least two independent and recent references Highly motivated, responsible individuals with outstanding customer service skills Ability to work independently and to work with a remote team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fast learner, excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
