We are seeking a Unit Manager that will carry out the assigned duties, responsibilities, authority, and accountability needed to provide our residents the care desired. As the Unit Manager, you will complete rounds to assess care given to residents, maintain regulatory compliance, participate in and review the execution of care plans, and assist with the hiring and training process of staff.
