A financial services firm has an open position for a Remote Wealth Management Sales Manager. Candidates will be responsible for the following: Achieving growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Managing a team of Relationship Managers on a daily and weekly basis Helping to develop the standard of excellence in onboarding Position Requirements Include: Direct managerial experience (5 years +) running an inside, consumer-focused sales team Background and experience in the financial services industry Knowledge of key financial, investment and risk management concepts Excellent computer skills along with the ability to learn in-house software and tools Bachelor's degree or higher
