A healthcare and research firm is in need of a Remote Sales Training and Development Manager. Must be able to: Administer and execute training programs Aid in the continued development and fine-tuning of the 180-day new hire action plan Oversee all logistics associated with new hire training classes Applicants must meet the following qualifications: Bachelor's in Sales/Marketing, Business Management or other related field 8+ years successful outside sales experience and/or training experience 3 + years of experience with ARDx or point of care diagnostics Can marshal resources (people, funding, material, support) to achieve objectives Effective in a variety of formal presentation settings Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple workstreams at one time
