An insurance services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Claim Supervisor. Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Closely supervise and coach adjusters Manage team pending to support on time work produce/cycle time Assist the Claims Manager in meeting/exceeding the client's expectations Skills and Requirements Include: May require after hours work and/or travel The ability to lead and provide direction Thorough knowledge of claims investigating work and claims related procedures Comprehensive knowledge of property and casualty claims practices Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Xactimate
