Location - Reston, VA Duration - 2 year Rate - $OPEN ORACLE FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT: We are currently seeking a primarily Functional consultant to join an existing project team to be focused on Oracle application. This will be in an R12 environment, and be working on requirements definition, development and testing of the R12 application. To be considered, you must have: Oracle FEDERAL Implementation experience - A must ( Minimum of 1 implementation with a Federal Agency ) 10 years of current Oracle Applications experience in Modules like AR, AP, FA, Projects. 3 years of current P2P experience. including CLM 3 years of experience in R12 and SLA xx ORACLE TECHNICAL DEVELOPER/ CONVERSION DEVELOPERS: Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software. Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications. Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements. Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software. Evaluates effectiveness. Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management. Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools. Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. Acts as team leader on projects. Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of others on the development team. Participates in development of software user manuals and technical reports. Experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 in Federal environment. He/she should have experience developing interfaces/reports/Extension using PL/SQL and/or JAVA and other Oracle tools such as ADF/OAF, AME, Workflow builder etc. Experience working on Oracle Weblogic middleware platform such as SOA, WebCenter is a plus.
