REQUIREMENTS CompTIA Security DoD Secret Clearance At least 5 years Helpdesk Experience Experience with Windows 7 DETAIL JOB DESCRIPTION You will be responsible for providing Tier II Desktop and VTC Support to federal and contract employees. We are seeking a confident, experienced candidate who can operate in a moderate paced environment with minimal supervision. We are looking for a resource with a positive attitude, who can work well both independently and in teams to solve challenging IT support issues quickly and proficiently. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Daily client interaction, walkthroughs. Supporting users by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving any hardware, software or connection issues Providing support for mobile Android and IPad devices. Providing in-person support to users for various systems, including e-mail, printers, LANWAN, VPN, user accounts, standard desktop images and applications, DoD sites, laptop peripherals, and mobile devices. CreateTrack service requests through SharePoint portal Submitfollow up on tickets requiring 3rd party action through AESD (Army Enterprise Service Desk) Connecting Video Teleconference systems for meetings, establish DISArsquos Defense Collaboration Services (DCS) for meetings. Supporting customers with computer related issues through customer education, training and direct assistance. Re-imaging, updatingapplying approved patches to Windows 7 Ensuring backup, and data restoration from workstations for customers during re-images or when a problem with the system is diagnosed. Manage computer accounts in Active Directory REQUIRED SKILLS Experience identifyingresolving laptopdesktop softwarehardwarenetwork issues. Experience identifyingresolving issues and replacing supplies for Printers, Scanners and multi-functional devices. Excellent analytical, oral and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to gain internal support and to operate independently without supervision. Must have the ability to establish a solid working relationship with customers, technical staff, managers and peers. PREFFERED SKILLS Knowledge of Windows 10Mac OS, and all standard MS Office software systems with a concentration on Outlook. Knowledge of AGM (Army Gold Master) Knowledge of SharePoint Experience with Dell Latitudes Experience with Apple products Experience replacing hardware components (more specifically HDD) and mobile device screens
