Sales Operations Analyst Job Description Responsibilities: Work with SVP, RVPs and other departments across the organization to optimize sales efficiency and provide insight through effective analytics Identify and eliminate gaps and identify opportunities for improving analytical capabilities or results, and work cross-functionally to drive change that results in improved capabilities and results Partner with sales analytics and create a monthly reporting package which includes productivity, sales performance and other sales measures. Reports may require combining data from several sources into a comprehensive set of reports. Implement metrics to generate data and tracking for decision making Create, manage and communicate global Rules of Engagement (ROEs) for the sales organization Develop new processes to improve productivity and effectiveness Work closely with other members of the Sales Finance team Support ad hoc projects Requirements: 3+ years in sales, sales operations, finance or management consulting, demonstrating professional growth and a trend of increasing responsibility An analytical business background, problem-solving skills, strategic thinking and high attention to detail Should have a track record of strong communication and collaboration skills with both financial and non-financial professionals. Competence in a CRM, Microsoft Office and other data visualization software for reporting and analysis Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment is a must Experience working in a highly matrixed global organization with reporting lines into multiple departments Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance So why work for CoStar?
