A technology company has an open position for a Remote Security Production Engineer. Core Responsibilities of this position include: Managing and monitoring AWS account security Hardening systems and cloud infrastructure according to industry best practices Managing and configuring of security tooling Qualifications for this position include: Knowledge of AWS Cloud Infrastructure (EC2, VPC, ELB, RDS) and security technology Ability to analyze security event and vulnerability findings from disparate sources Solid knowledge of Enterprise security fundamentals Comfortable with a fast-moving development pace where security cannot be a blocker A strong interest in the field of information security principles Strong Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu) background with experience working in large AWS deployments
