  • This position requires a background investigation for Public Trust clearance. The individual selected for this position must obtain and maintain this level of clearance to occupy a critical sensitive position as a condition of employment.
  • For the NH-III: You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to the NH-II (GS-11) pay band in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must demonstrate experience 1) budget execution; 2) review and approval of travel authorizations and vouchers; or 3) program analysis of financial transactions.

    The incumbent will also assist customers with:
    Requests for information, clarification and various resource management issues
    1) G-Invoicing
    2) Travel Administration
    3) Operations and Maintenance funds control
    4) DAI entries
    5) OSD Comptroller budget exhibits
    6) Execution reviews
    7 Analyses of programs' performance
    8) Year-end closeout requirements
    9) Maintains proficiency in automated application systems, i.e., Word, Excel, and Power Point.
    10) Performs other duties as assigned.

    Education is not substitutable for specialized experience for this grade level.
