    Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-14, in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.

    Specialized experience is defined as experience leading projects and people in implementing policies, procedures and systems in a healthcare administration setting.

    There is no educational substitution for this position.
