Bachelors prepared clinician with 5 years healthcare management or leadership role for multi-disciplinary physician and health system staff teams. Must have performance improvement credentials and have strong analytical and data base management skills. Master¿s Degree in Healthcare Administration or MBA preferred

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Corporate Vice President of System Integration, coordinates complex projects related to achieving favorable performance by improving the quality performance and reducing the total cost of care for initiatives managed through System Integration: such as Sentara Quality Care Network, the CMS Bundle Payment Program and future Medicare ACO. Works closely with key medical directors and staff within System Integration and throughout the organizations to include independent physician practices. For defined projects, supports the appropriate committee/team and provide the data needed to set goals and follow a road map to success. Identifies processes that best align with initiatives, participants and specific goals. Pursue opportunities through research and complete analysis for future targeted priorities aligned to the principles and goals of assigned System Integration Initiatives.
