Aerotek's client is a general contractor in the DMV area that specializes in multifamily construction projects (both new construction and interior). Hiring for superintendents to run projects in DC and Maryland. Responsibilities will include: develop 2 week look ahead schedules coordination of subcontractors monitor inspections that are performed by others take offs and order materials follow safety procedures on site daily reports, daily and/or weekly time sheets, and fill out purchase orders Qualifications will include: 5 years of experience as a superintendent multifamily/condo project portfolio ability to manage subcontractors experience with concrete and light gauge constructionexperience with wood framing and podium construction (preferred) ability to take a project beginning to endlook ahead scheduling tech savvyQualified Candidates will have interviews within 48 hours.
