Let's make an impact together.Perspecta is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories Responsibilities Description: Provides NGA Segment Integration expertise to the technical planning and full Systems Engineering & Integration(SE&I) lifecycle implementation (eg, requirements definition, cross-segment integration, enterprise test planning, and milestone readiness planning and assessment), for the NSG Ground enterprise mission capabilities, leveraging Mission Partner interfaces, NGA Segments, and GEOINT source data to integrate a new GEOINT resource into the NSG to drive mission tradecraft transformation. Serves as the dedicated Segment Integrator and SME to the NTM-P baseline, working with the Segment PMO, development contractors, and Mission Partners to oversee decomposition and implementation of NTM-P requirements into an integrated system-of-systems solution that acknowledges technical, schedule, cost constraints. Successful candidates must have demonstrated knowledge and hands-on systems engineering experience with: NGA Segments comprising the end-to-end Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TPED) process, with a deep understanding of the Segments' application-level capabilities (vice infrastructure), role within the NSG/ASG enterprise architecture, and interfaces to other Segments GEOINT exploitation and production capabilities, to include associated applications that enable the softcopy exploitation and production of finished geospatial intelligence products Agile and Waterfall NGA Segment Milestones and Control Gates (eg, Agile Release Planning Events (RPEs), Waterfall Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), Enterprise Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), assessing Segment readiness and actively participating in eventsAssessment of Segment-derived requirements/features/use cases, software design, and capability deliveries against enterprise-level requirementsConfiguration control of NGA Segment baselines (eg, requirements, interfaces, services, schedule effectivities) at the NGA CM and Segment PMO levelsThe SE&I lifecycle for a NGA Segment from requirements development, design assessment, and integration to testing stages and transition Qualifications RequiredActive TS/SCI clearance (current within 2 years, with current SSBI - within 5 years)BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, or equivalent experience16+ years of Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) experience (eg, capabilities implementation and SLC process experience), with a minimum of 10 years of recent agency-specific experienceDemonstrated SE&I experience with digital softcopy GEOINT production cycle and associated systems and dataStrong Hands-On Requirements Engineering experience/SME experienced as RFC technical responsible engineer Demonstrated knowledge of the NGA Segments comprising the TPED cycle Ability to coordinate efforts with NGA Segments to drive cross-segment integration and capture and document schedule, test, transition events relevant to planned enterprise-level capabilities development & implementationAbility to work independently and within a team environmentGood customer teaming skills; ability to collaborate in cross-functional teamsStrong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skillsDesired Qualifications:MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, or related scientific or technical disciplineIT credentials and certifications (eg, DAWIA, PMP, INCOSE, ITIL, CISSP, and SAFe Agile)SME on National GEOINT Tasking systems. processes, & interfaces with Mission Partner Source Data ProvidersHands On Detailed Experience/SME with GEOINT Enterprise Integration & Test, Readiness, Risk Mgt.
