Field Support Representative (Special Forces) III
Essential Job Functions:
Coordinates and manages efforts related to planning, programming, and execution of fielding operations.
Provides a high level of technical expertise related to oversight, development and execution of fielding operations for the Special Forces (SF) community.
Assists in coaching/teaching/mentoring small unit leaders at the team, squad, platoon and company levels of combat arms organizations, as demonstrated by their experience and military training.
Assists with maintaining accurate, complete, and up to date Site Procedure Guides, Forms and Logs, and other Site Branding as directed by the PM.
Assists in collecting and reporting Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) data for systems managed by the PM.
Assists with Incident Reports with Defective Component Name and Serial Number (SN)/ National Stock Number (NSN)/or Part Number (PN) of PM Managed equipment.
Assists with Unit Surveys of equipment managed by the PM.
Shall hold security clearance at least at the secret level and may require top secret level.
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
High School/GED and 14+ years of relevant experience or Associates Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of relevant experience.
Must have a Secret clearance.
Equivalent of DAWIA Certification Level II for Life Cycle Logistics.
Experience with SF mission command applications.
Strong oral communications skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
