Human Systems Integrator
DCS is looking for a human systems integrator experienced with performing human factors and ergonomics analysis on Army systems.
The position is on-site at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD.
Essential Job Functions:
Executes usability assessments/events of systems and prototypes
Designs, integrates, implements and assesses user touch points from user jury panels to operational assessments
Integrates with test and engineer teams to define objectives for each specific platform
Solicits feedback from Soldiers to propose future enhancements/improvements
Documents Soldier use cases of how the system is used; capture user-characteristics for future design/redesign
Reviews documentation and training material from HSI-perspective
Reviews current systems for ergonomics and human factors principles
Informs leadership of assessment/event findings, trends in Soldier feedback related to the hardware, and recommendations for system modifications
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Must have an active Secret clearance.
Experience with leading usability assessments, user jury panels, and operational assessments.
Understanding of Army human factor and ergonomic requirements.
