Let's make an impact together.Perspecta is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories Responsibilities Seeking a Sr. Compensation Administrator with a strong understanding of equity compensation program design and administration.The Compensation Administrator role will assist in the full scope of activities associated with the design, development, implementation and administration of competitive and legally compliant compensation programs; manage projects; coordinate activities; and prepare recommendations requiring a broad and thorough understanding of compensation techniques, methods, and practices. The Compensation Administrator role will assist with the implementation of the Company's executive compensation program, including short/long term incentive compensation and equity administration.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Reviewing offers, off-cycle and other salary actions for internal and market equity as well as compliance with internal policies/procedures, DCAA and related labor laws.Maintaining and updating Company's Job ArchitectureParticipating and completing compensation market survey to leverage competitive data and determine market trendsDesigning and administering Merit/Salary PlanningWorking with HRIS to ensure that all systems meet compensation needs and are updated according to compensation changesAssisting with audit requests from DOL, DCAA and internal auditorsResearching current and changing regulations pertaining to employee compensationDeveloping, implementing and documenting procedures to administer equity plansPartnering with Benefits and Accounting team to execute equity award plans including all aspects of record-keeping, reconciliation, reporting, processing equity transactions in compliance with SOX and current regulations, and ensuring appropriate governance controls are in place.Providing equity plan analysis; participating in the process of establishing new equity programs, as well as modifying existing programs as neededEstablishing and maintaining control procedures associated with stock plan administration, and partner with Benefits and Accounting Team to manage the day-to-day relationship with the third-party stock plan administratorServing as the direct point of contact for employees regarding all aspects of equity compensation Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD; which 5 years related directly to equity administration and Compensation experience.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office skills with focus in Excel, PowerPoint and AccessProven ability to be analytical and handle data effectivelyAbility to manage multiple tasks while still delivering high quality resultsAbility to function as an effective and respected partner to internal clientsCan do attitude and self-starterPossess good judgment in safeguarding sensitive material and make sound decisionsStrong organizational and project administration skills
