You will be designing a wide variety of video-driven graphics and animations across digital media platforms. To be successful in this position, you must be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.This position is located in Arlington, VA.Job Responsibilities:Working with the Senior Designer to maintain quality and brandingEmbrace and execute the editorial direction of Circa programmingAssist producers, directors, and editors as neededAssist in the design and production of video graphic elements: shareable images, charts, illustrations, maps, logos, etc.Design complex video graphics and animations, using independent judgment, creativity, and computer equipmentOperate the below-referenced production equipment/software:Adobe Creative CloudAvidTricasterRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphics Design, Motion Graphics, Multimedia etc. or equivalent experience2-3 years of experience in graphic designProficient in the Adobe suite of software including Photoshop, Illustrator, After EffectsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyAn "I'm willing to contribute in whatever role necessary to get the job done" attitudeAbility and willingness to occasionally work evenings and weekends as neededPreferred Skills:Drawing/illustration skills and experience Ability to create and implement templates for use by non-designersCinema 4D **Please provide an online portfolio link for review**Circa is the national-facing news and entertainment brand of Sinclair Broadcast Group (SBG), one of the largest and most diversified television broadcasting companies in the United States.Circa, LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug Free Workplace.
