Our client is currently seeking a Financial Management Senior [ Additional Description ] This job will have the following responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: Assist the government with financial management operations & budget analysis. Support the Government in monitoring and coordinating program resource allocations. Ensure cohesive agency-wide program development. Support internal NSA budget execution and program build activities, analysis, events, and documentation packages as designated by government leads. This includes, but is not limited to: Gathering, maintaining, reviewing, and analyzing of program and budget data and requirements. Assist with resource management oversight. Provide support to Program Managers in the development and implementation of fiscal execution spend plans. Support, develop, and prepare various PowerPoint/white paper briefings and presentations related to NSA Financial Management matters, programs, and activities for senior level leadership. Justify/defend programs and budgets. Resolve resource management issues. Analyze and interpret complex program, budget and execution data. Support the preparation and monitoring of Supplemental/Over guidance requirements. Support all aspects of budget execution and conduct analysis. Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization). Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials. Skills and Certifications: TS/SCI clearance required along w/ current and favorable poly Certified Government Financial Managers. A min of 5 yrs of exp in governmental accounting. BS in finance, business or related Lead financial management initiatives such as unliquidated obligations, unfunded requirements, spend plan analysis (Desired). Demonstrated experience with government agency budgetary or finance processes and key execution processes (Desired). Ability to communicate clearly (writing and verbally).
