Position Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and growing NFM s production. He/She will be in charge of effectively managing and guiding their sales office in order to meet sales and service performance standards. The Sales Manager will represent and ensure that their office represents NFM Lending in a professional fashion, always contributing to the Company s mission of being a growing and profitable organization, and adherer s to Company policies and procedures. Essential Job Functions: Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following: Maintain an active Mortgage Loan Originator License. Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual volume goals. Manage sales office and personal production at or above minimum level of: o Full-time Loan Originator- $1,750,000 in closed loan volume OR 9 or more closed loan transactions in a three-month period (Quarterly). Recruit Loan Originator s to grow production. Manages production to ensure maximum efficiency, high service standards, and goals are achieved. Directs the implementation and execution of sales policies and practices at sales office. Actively educates and enhances the sales techniques of the sales office. Develops, and manages production to meet goals through a thorough understanding of offered products and sales techniques. Required Job Functions: Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following: Ensures sales office is following company policies and procedures. Monitors sales office schedule and performance numbers. Assists in developing a strategic sales strategy in support of the organizational strategy and objectives. Represents and ensures that the sales office represents the Company, product lines and services in a professional selling fashion as to maximize sales and profitability. Reviews operational procedures and reports to project sales and drive profitability. This position may require occasional overtime and travel. Additional tasks as assigned.
