You will be responsible for Client Relationship management both pre/post delivery as well as driving revenue expansion. Acting as the day to day liaison to assigned clients and serves as the medium for multiple levels of client reltionships: sales, communications, contracts, project management and more. Responsibilities Manage the business and service relationships to multiple health plans across the country. Ensure you're positioning the company as a strategic partner to clients including being on their short list of service providers and RFP participants Foster and Grow client relationships that our main contacts include senior management (VP and C-Suite level) and strategic leaders from multiple areas of a Health Plan (Medical Economics, Network Contracting, Claim Operations, Provider Relations, IT, etc.) Create and execute account plans and strategies to grow relationships from dormant clients or strategic projects Conducts ongoing research and information gathering to understand client organizational structure, business climate changes/stresses, buyer, influencer, technical area and end-user business requirements and competitive positioning Assure that all contract renewal periods are executed in a thoughtful manner with a goal of promoting relationship growth Works closely with Client Services team to build, execute and maintain account management and ensure appropriate rollout of new solutions for assigned clients Attend all client implementation meetings to ensure client satisfaction Proficient in the Healthcare reimbursement needs of our clients Works closely with senior staff on strategic business initiatives Assist or lead in the writing of proposals and contracts Coordinate appointments and secure logistics for meetings and demos Requirements Experience in a marketing, relationship management or consultative account management role within the health care industry Demonstrated effectiveness in developing relevant strategies Successful track record in establishing and evolving relationships with decision-makers in the health care payer (eg, healthcare insurer, managed care) and/or provider (eg, integrated health care delivery network, hospital) organizations Business experience in the reimbursement arena, ie, related to payment policies and rates for health care products and services; familiarity with CMS (Medicare) reimbursement system and methodologies particularity desirable Proven ability to build and nurture close, productive collaboration between all levels of an organization Proven commitment to all-around professional excellence in serving all company stakeholders, both external (clients, business partners) and internal (company leadership and colleagues) Proven effectiveness in establishing and maintaining/evolving high-quality professional relationships with diverse organizational stakeholders (in client and partner organization) Ability to travel for work purposes Who they're looking for: Creative entrepreneur.
