Overview: Develops and implements marketing programs in support of customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell. Oversees the conceptualization, development, execution and evaluation of online marketing strategy for assigned business lines. Primary Responsibilities: Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy, from 'top-of-the-funnel' awareness through conversion within the digital marketing space. Develop digital marketing strategy and annual plan for assigned business lines, including key tactics and programs to deliver/exceed targeted goals and objectives Manage digital media planning and buying. Present the digital marketing plan and rationale as well as the results of digital marketing efforts to senior management and key stakeholders. Track and optimize the performance of digital marketing. Provide insights and analysis to determine lead quality and ROI from various digital marketing campaigns within and across various digital channels. Develop targeting and analytics strategy to optimize user experience and engagement. Ensure integration of digital marketing strategy and tactics with other marketing efforts with offline and direct marketing teams. Ensure all digital projects go forward while effectively adhering to initiative goals, disseminating information for the creative and web development teams, and providing technical input on expectations for projects. Direct agencies, vendors and in-house teams in creation and implementation of effective digital campaigns that meet key performance indicators. Supervisory/ Managerial Responsibilities: May manage marketing project teams, ensuring marketing and communication programs adhere to schedule and meet business objectives. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree 5 years of experience in managing marketing campaigns in a client or agency environment, OR, in lieu of a degree, A combined 9 years of education and work experience in managing marketing campaigns in a client or agency environment. Deep understanding of how users interact with digital media, as well as online and mobile user behavior. Familiarity with Site Catalyst, Google Analytics, Tableau, and/or other applications to effectively understand the results of digital efforts and make recommendations for strategy enhancements.
