We are searching for a Microsoft Systems Engineer for a permanent role in Columbia, MD. The Engineer will be responsible for managing a system migration focusing on Office 365 and SharePoint Required Experience Experience in infrastructuresystemsApplication environments role Experience as the Primary system administrator for SharePoint andor server platforms Strong knowledge of networks, operating systems, system monitoring, security and technology infrastructure Microsoft Certifications, such as Office 365 MCSA, MCSE Cloud Platform and Infrastructure or equivalent, are desired Previous Experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies, including Skype for Business, Intune, Teams, Azure Rights Management, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint Knowledge and experience troubleshooting these platforms Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, SharePoint, Skype for Business, OneDrive for Business, SMTPMail Relay, Outlook client configuration and PowerShell Working knowledge of PCs and client devices Hands-on experience migrating to Office 365 Demonstrable knowledge of migration best practices and troubleshooting Experience with 3rd party migration tools from companies such as Dell, AvePoint, etc. Hands on experience with Cloud Identity and Security Technologies ndash EMS, Federation Services, and Identity management (MIM) Hands on experience in complex migration scenarios, including Hybrid Office 365 configuration. Preferred experience with PowerShell
