Perspecta is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories Responsibilities Perspecta has an exciting opportunity for an experienced cybersecurity professional with Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) experience to support the United States Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) as the contractor DCO Team Lead on a contract under which Perspecta will provide enterprise operations support to ARCYBER and the Army's Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber (JFHQ-C). This work will include managing contractor support to ARCYBER and JFHQ-C for DCO, DODIN operations, security operations; critical information risk management, and training and exercise support. If you have experience planning or conducting Defensive Cyberspace Operations for a large, complex organization, we would like to hear from you Requirements: The DCO Lead provides contractor oversight for programs, initiatives, and projects in support of ARCYBER in the area of DCO. The DCO Lead will support planning, coordinating, integrating, synchronizing, directing, and conducting cyberspace operations and defense of networks. The activities in support of DCO will help ARCYBER provide situational awareness and ensure timely and accurate reporting to higher, lower, and adjacent HQ. The DCO Lead will develop and maintain SOPs and TTPs pertinent to all DCO services as ARCYBER directs. The DCO Lead will develop a training program to ensure all personnel are trained and equipped to effectively perform their roles in DCO. The DCO Lead will develop reports and correspondence for the ARCYBER senior leadership (eg, Commanding General) as required. The DCO Lead is also responsible for overseeing the seamless coordination of defensive cyberspace operations spanning CONUS and OCONUS locations. Specificduties include, but not limited to: - Supports ARCYBER's execution of 24x7x365 incident management using established DCO - Internal Defensive Measures (DCO-IDM) to protect, detect, analyze, and mitigate threats. - Supports Attack Sensing and Warning (AS&W) by providing detection, correlation, identification, and characterization of intentional unauthorized activity and coordinate information on detected events with required teams to ensure timely response is executed. - Supports ARCYBER in the provision, training and execution of a cyber response team capability to develop mitigations in response to cyber threats. - Provides digital media and network forensics using a variety of methods to detect and identify anomalous and/or malicious software. Qualifications Requires 16 years with BS/BA or 14 years with MS/MA or 10 years with Ph.D. - Required Experience: - Experience managing teams in support of defensive cyberspace operations in the DoD or the Intelligence Community (IC). - Knowledge of current threats and attack vectors. - Knowledge of defensive cyberspace TTPs. - An approved CSSP Analyst certification. - An approved Information Assurance Technical-Level II (IAT-II) certification. - Must possess a valid Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Desired Qualifications: - Experience supporting a geographically dispersed organization. - Experience implementing solutions that improve the effectiveness and efficiency in a dispersed operational organization. - An active Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification. - Knowledge of DoD Cyber Strategy and USCYBERCOM Mission - Strong understanding of Joint Staff policies and procedures process - Prior experience working in a Joint military organizational structure (J1, J2, J3, etc.) - Understanding of working with classified materials, classification markings, and use of organizational classification guides - A Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination.
