Let's make an impact together.Perspecta is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories Responsibilities Perspecta has an exciting opportunity for an experienced cybersecurity professional with program management experience to support the United States Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) as the lead Program Manager (PM) on a contract under which Perspecta will provide enterprise operations support to ARCYBER and the Army's Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber (JFHQ-C). This work will include managing contractor support to ARCYBER and JFHQ-C for program management; intelligence support; Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO); DODIN operations; plans and policy support; IO; communications support; force development; security operations; critical information risk management; and training and exercise support. If you have experience as a Project Manager for a large, complex organization, we would like to hear from you! Requirements: The PM serves as the Government's main Point of Contact to Perspecta. The PM provides technical and administrative supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to support ARCYBER on this contact. The PM supervises on-going technical efforts, and manages execution of the contract and its task orders. The PM provides frequent communication with the Government and briefings for senior Military and Government personnel. Specificduties include, but not limited to: - Providing program management support including the management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors - Accounting for contractor manpower reporting - Tracking and reporting all contractor and subcontractor labor hours - Scheduling, coordinating, and hosting a project kick-off meeting for the government - Developing and providing a monthly status report (MSR) for the customer - Convening a monthly technical status meeting with the assigned ARCYBER technical point of contact (TPOC), FEDSIM contracting officer's representative (COR), and other government stakeholders - Preparing and updating a project management plan (PMP) to document all support requirements - Preparing trip reports - Establishing a collaborative working group to share information such as subject matter expertise, best practices and lessons learned, and process and procedure gaps and recommended improvements. - Preparing and providing a 60-day seamless transition from the incumbent(s) contractor - Providing a draft transition-out plan within six months of project start Qualifications Requires BA/BS with 10 years of experience with at least 4 years of management level responsibility. Incumbent has specialized knowledge in at least one area of expertise and a general knowledge in 1-2 other areas. - Required Experience: - An active Project Management Professional certification (PMP). - Experience managing a large-scale, complex program for a large organization. - Experience managing geographically dispersed personnel. - Working knowledge of the current DoD cyberspace operational environment. - Candidates for this position must possess a valid Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Desired- Experience providing technical innovations for a large scale organization, such as the military or other large Government organization - Experience supporting the relocation of an organization to include the relocation of manpower, resources, and capabilities - Knowledge of DoD Cyber Strategy and USCYBERCOM Mission - Strong understanding of Joint Staff policies and procedures process - Prior experience working in a Joint military organizational structure (J1, J2, J3, etc.) - Understanding of working with classified materials, classification markings, and use of organizational classification guides - A Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination.
