The Clinical Manager:
Works independently and has independent level of licensure (LCWS_C/LCPC) with supervisory credential.
Serves as both clinical and administrative supervisor for all PHP staff.
Provides direct clinical supervision services for clinicians providing direct services that include evaluations and psychotherapy (individual, family, group, and parent counseling) to assigned cases. Also, provide staff training to improve service delivery of clinicians.
Orients new staff in conjunction with lead therapist to provide effective unit based orientation.
Provides quality therapeutic care to clients that are assigned to the specific unit/department. (Therapeutic care includes: Conducting psychosocial assessments and individual, group and family therapy sessions, participating in the interdisciplinary treatment and transition and discharge process).
Provides direct clinical supervision services for interns.
Demonstrates actions and attitudes that contribute to the critical success factors of the organization (i.e. Best place to work, most extraordinary experience, superior outcomes, financial success for reinvestment, valued as a faith-based organization, and a growing organization vital to the community

M-F 8:30-5:00
