eMASS System Administrator

Key Role:
Serve as the eMASS accounts manager responsible for the day-to-day administration of routers. Work on eMASS account creation and access based on approved DD Form 2875. Respond to customer inquiries regarding general eMASS questions. Maintain responsibility for all documentation.
 

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with lookup tables and eMASS communication, including external inheritance relationships and eMASS e-mails
-Experience with cleaning up eMASS accounts that have not been accessed within 180+ calendar days, including potential deactivation of accounts
-Experience with distributing ASI to the DoD eMASS community via e-MASS email 
-Experience with package management tasks of control review, POA&M reviews of all control and system level weaknesses and associated milestones, uploading supporting documentation to the appropriate package, and package approvals or return for rework
-Ability to update, maintain, and post to the eMASS playbook, including documenting all processes and procedures associated with the day to day duties of maintaining and managing eMASS accounts
-Ability to document step-by-step procedures or process guides for the account approval process, including assigning permissions to groups, reactivating accounts due to inactivity, Authorized Services Interruptions (ASI) notifications, account maintenance and cleanup, and guidelines for pushing packages to responsible authorities
-Top Secret clearance required
-BA or BS degree
-DoD 8570 IAT II Certification
 

Additional Qualifications:
-Ability to develop an eMASS account issues Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) repository
 

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
