PrideStaff Northern Va is working with a client in Reston, VA that is looking for a paralegal that has a minimum of 2-3 years of experience supporting Corporate contracts including housing, hotel, or other related client management experience. Are you self motivated, organized, confident and a great leader? Do you like working on a team and have high attention to detail? Responsibilities include but not limited to: Prepare legal documents such as contracts, subpoena requests, closing papers and binders for review and approval. Research and analyze law sources such as statutes, legal articles, and legal codes- both national and international. Send notifications for contract events including renewals, terminations and deliverable dates and maintain contract tracking database. 2 + years of relevant experience with understanding of trademark and intellectual property rights. Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
