-5 years of experience with PNT or DoD systems engineering
-3 years of experience with analyzing complex engineering systems to develop requirements or identify upgrade requirements
-Knowledge of multi-PNT disciplines, including GNSS, INS/IMU, or Clocks
-Knowledge of PNT inter-dependencies and integration
-Knowledge of DoD weapons systems in the fires kill chain
-Top Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with planning, conducting, and directing projects to rapidly produce viable prototypes and proof-of-concepts
-Experience with establishing and reviewing new acquisition directives, including analysis of project plans, schedules, cost estimates, policy compliances, risks, and performance metrics
-Experience with conducting integration and tests of considerable complexity
-Experience with review of literature, patents, and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects to generate comprehensive, publishable technical reports
-Experience with challenges in the Cyber domain that need solutions and developing such solutions
-Experience with evaluating vendor capabilities and performances to provide required products or services
-Experience with large, iterative software development programs
-Experience with military C4ISR systems
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
-DAWIA Level II Program Manager or Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) Program Management Level II Certification or higher
-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
-Agile Certified Practitioner Certification
