Job Details

Serves as the senior subject matter expert and system administrator for the county's enterprise-wide Customer Relations Management (CRM) platform. Ensures technical integrity and successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions supporting the business needs of county agencies. Works with other areas in the Department of Information Technology (DIT), to include the WEB team and e-Gov channels, platform technologies for email and messaging integration, as well as other agencies' specific business applications as required. Works with clients to understand business requirements throughout the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to final delivery to meet county agencies' business needs.

Successful candidates will demonstrate working knowledge of associated systems in Microsoft Outlook, Flow, model-driven apps, portals, and other CRM integration solution components, architecture, infrastructure and tools; possess strong hands-on development using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform including creation of entities, forms, views, and workflows/dialogs, and basic .Net, C#, .FetchXML, JavaScript and or other applicable programming language skills.

Employment Standards

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:
Any combination of education, experience and training equivalent to the following: graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Information Systems, Computer Technology, Business, Economics, or related field, plus three years programming/analysis experience in a complex information systems environment.

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES REQUIRED:
Not applicable.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Two or more years of related experience in the specification, development and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification preferred, but not required.
Ability to develop CRM workflows and integration with other platforms.
Understanding of core concepts surrounding CRM data structure and related database tables, views and indexes.

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
The appointee to the positions must satisfactorily complete a criminal background check.
Some positions identified by departments must execute IT Employee Agreement acknowledging obligations under information security and privacy requirements in light of broad access to systems and data in the performance of job duties.
This position is considered "emergency service personnel" and will be required to report to work during times designated countywide as approved for unscheduled leave regardless of the emergency situation (i.e., weather, transportation, other disaster).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work is generally sedentary, performed in a normal office environment. Some light lifting may be necessary for product demonstration, business process analysis sessions, or setting up user work areas which includes installation of devices.
