Building Engineer

We are a newly developed, luxury hi-rise condominium located in Woodley Park. We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded and knowledgeable building engineer with mechanical, plumbing, electrical and carpentry experience.  The building engineer will be responsible for implementing and managing preventative and facilities maintenance at our property.  The right candidate will have more than seven years of experience working in facilities maintenance and will be skilled at reading architectural and mechanical plans.  We are seeking a candidate who can oversee and manage contractors and who can perform routine maintenance and repair tasks such as changing light bulbs and installing sensors, fixing cabinet doors, solving routine plumbing and electrical issues.  Experience and knowledge of DAIKIN systems a plus!  Position reports to the General Manager and is available immediately.
