As a UX/UI Designer you will be: Collaborating with designers, product managers and developers in all phases of the product delivery lifecycle (Discovery, Research, Strategy, Design and Testing). Conducting user research and usability testing Designing user journeys, product workflows and application information architecture Building wireframes, prototypes and doing the visual design of final products Contributing to a ux style guide and maintaining product standards Educating the business on design thinking principles and user-centered design processes Presenting and communicating design solutions to stakeholders and product owners Requirements: 3-5 years of experience designing mobile and web interfaces Experience designing enterprise platforms, complex workflows and information architecture Experience working with agile software development teams Proficient in using design tools such as the Sketch, Invision, and Adobe Creative Suite A strong portfolio of ux work samples Nice to Haves: Experience designing native apps for iOS and Android Devices *Please Note: an online portfolio is required for consideration.
