JOB DESCRIPTION: Inspect building systems including fire alarm, fire sprinklers, mechanical/HVAC, electrical,plumbing, roof systems, doors & loading equipment to ensure proper operations. Repairs, emergency repairs, and preventative maintenance. Respond to work orders for maintenance of the buildings. Partner with third party contractors to show them the building issues and make sure they properly complete it. Assist tenants with move in and out process. Maintain log and reports of overall maintenance of properties Customer service with tenants 24/7 on call Travel between 9 buildings in Columbia and Glen Bernie, and Lanham This position is at least 85% outside and there is very little we do for the tenants inside. QUALIFICATIONS: 3 years of recent commercial building maintenance experience CFC Universal (can they describe refrigerant process) Knowledge of HVAC compressor/filter changes Preventative maintenance of HVAC Ballast and light changes Electrical repair knowledge Help and oversee third party contractors Be flexible to help contractors interior and exterior of building High School Degree Ability to lift 50lbs work indoor or outdoor OSHA regulations Proficient in Microsoft office, excel, outlook About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
