You will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Global Head Hilton Garden Inn and will support a global brand with 820+ hotels in 45 countries. From a Brand Management perspective, you will be responsible for helping to make strong progress against the completion of all brand strategies and initiatives, this includes using the company matrixed organization in an effective and efficient way to drive the necessary progress. More specifically, you will:Partner with Global Head, Hilton Garden Inn to develop short and long term strategies and priorities for the brand. Develops project plans against these, develops clear timelines, and holds the right people accountable against these plans. Provide support in monitoring performance against all the top KPI's for the brand and being a thought partner to find opportunities to drive performance. Help Brand Head lead and execute on day to day activities and follow up on all brand initiatives (ie food & beverage, owner profitability enhancement, general innovation ideas, etc.). Help lead efforts deployed against improving brand quality with an emphasis on bottom hotels, this also includes support with the Quality Assurance Committee process. Provide support to assist with dedicated owner relationship building and Owner Advisor Council meeting preparation. Help to monitor evolving owner and brand needs as it relates to brand standards and other areas of implication to owner profitability, provides recommendations accordingly. Assist with day to day commercial initiatives (ie supporting effort to increase paid services participation etc.) and executes on tactical plans to achieve defined outcomes. Represent the brand on key projects/work streams such as breakfast and service initiatives. Conduct business analysis with supporting information and identify information/data gaps and follow up accordingly to secure the information. Develop meaningful presentation and communication materials for internal and external audiences. Help Brand Head with handling P&L activities, budget management and provide support with the annual budgeting process. Help lead and coordinate competitive intelligence and benchmarking. Attend all necessary meetings as needed and conducts follow with others.What are we looking for?We are looking for self-starters, who are passionate about hospitality and who love to have the chance to create branding improvements. Extraordinary ability to develop and present information/ business cases persuasively and being an effective spokesperson for the Hilton Garden Inn Brand. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:High School Diploma/GED Seven (7) years of professional work experience Project Management experience Success in assisting with the development of new strategies, building business cases, gaining internal/external support in a cross-functional environment, and driving implementation Expertise conducting market assessments and/or benchmarking to capitalize on strategic opportunities Travel 20% of the time, domestic and internationalIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:BA/BS Bachelor's Degree Two (2) years of experience developing annual plans, corporate budgets, narratives, forecasts and strategic roadmaps for large enterprisesWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?
