Job Description We have an opportunity to train a qualified candidate to fill a delivery driver position to become a member of our team. What the position is about: As a delivery driver, you are the face of our company in front of our customers. Providing excellent customer service, timely service and accurate deliveries are a must. You will deliver and help unload Electrical Distribution Materials to construction job sites and industrial facilities. Delivery Locations vary by day and include Northern VA, Washington, Western MD, Baltimore and North East MD. As a representative of our company, you are expected to be organized, professional, accurate, dependable and focused on providing excellent customer service. Typical Responsibilities: Operate a 22' Box, Stake Body, and or Commercial Vehicle Load and unload material Properly document activity Inspect Truck before and after trips What we offer: Full-Time employment Competitive Wages Paid Vacation after 1 Year Bonuses and Incentives Profit Sharing REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY): - Have a drivers license for at least one year and have a clean driving record - Pass a criminal background check - Pass a drug screening - Have a stable employment history with a record of good attendance - Be able to read maps - Ability to operate Fork-Lift - Willingness to pick, pack and load material from our distribution facility - Have reliable transportation to and from work - Be prepared to come to work every day. - Be enthusiastic and have the willingness to learn - Have a flexible schedule **CDL is NOT required for this position * This is a physically demanding position that requires heavy lifting, as well frequent entering and exiting the vehicle throughout the day.
