Accordingly, US Citizenship is required.) Description of Work: Candidate will provide support for upgrade, maintenance, and monitoring of test and development systems. Education Requirement: Bachelor s Degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional system engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor s degree. Qualifications: Knowledge, skills, abilities needed: 14 years of experience as a System Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required Minimum five years of experience with Linux or 2 years of experience working with Redhat Linux both Enterprise and CENTOS versions Familiarization with shell scripting languages such as Ruby, BASH execution and analysis Familiar knowledge of network protocols Practical understanding of Virtual Machines Demonstrated experience installing corporate software tools and automating the process Demonstrated ability to test and trouble shoot hardware, software, and network configurations Proactively contribute to the team and recommend technical and procedural enhancements About Tetra Concepts, a PSS Company: Preferred Systems Solutions, Inc.
