Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Providing advice to our clients Assisting clients on implementing policies and procedures Performing compliance audits Skills and Requirements Include: Must have experience providing advice on mortgage origination compliance matters Familiar with operational and technical compliance challenges Familiar with the origination of mortgage loans Knowledgeable with TRID, Qualified Mortgage Rules, HUD FHA Mortgagee guidelines Skilled in RESPA Anti-Kickback provisions, FCRA and FACTA Act requirements Familiar with FinCen Anti-Money Laundering requirements
