You must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below (see The Delegated Examining Operations Handbook, Appendix F for definitions): Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, Problem Solving AND, In addition to the basic competencies above, you must meet basic qualifications by demonstrating at least (1) one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector. Specialized experience is performing duties such as: use of current Oracle Forms and Report development tools to create new applications; diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents; troubleshooting and resolving issues with delivery of intranet services; maintaining network architecture and infrastructure; using Oracle 11g Development Tools to include Forms 11g, Reports 11g, SQL*Plus and PL/SQL.

Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP)- The ICTAP provides eligible displaced Federal competitive service employees with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
