To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.
Specialized Experience includes performing complex education program analysis project involving education issues and initiatives with BIE-wide or regional impact. Experience in developing detailed plans, goals and objectives and evaluation criteria for American Indian education research and related activities. Performing analytical studies and projects related to field program operations in the area of management and productivity improvement; management controls and work planning.
