The MIL Corporation is seeking a Costpoint Biller to support our Bowie, MD corporate office.

Responsibilities • Manage full cycle invoicing process for assigned FFP, T&M, and CPFF contracts. • Prepare invoices and supplemental reports. Submit electronic submissions through various customer invoicing systems. • Verify the accuracy of system generated invoices for proper indirect cost loading and fee recognition. • Create custom schedules and supplementary reports, as required, to be submitted with system generated invoices. • Reconcile the billings to the unbilled AR and revenue recognition. Troubleshoot and communicate unexpected differences. • Reconcile the billings to the unbilled AR and revenue recognition. Prepare final and rate variance invoices. • Monitor receivable balances to include performing collection activities for assigned programs. • Other duties assigned.

Required Qualifications • Experience with billing all Contract Types (i.e., CPAF, CPFF, FFP, T&M, FPLOE) • Working knowledge of the FAR, CAS, and GAAP • Self-motivated and able to work cross functionally with little supervision • Ability to read and interpret billing clauses in contracts

• Familiar with (WAWF) Wide Area Work Flow and DFAS • Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills required • At least seven (7) years of accounts receivable for a federal government contractor • At least two (2) years of Deltek Costpoint 7 experience • Cognos experience • Well organized and detailed oriented • Effective and tactful verbal and written communication in English; effective reading and listening skills • Interpersonal, time management, problem solving skills

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook • Strong work ethic • Ability to meet deadlines • Professional can do attitude and interactions with employees and vendors • Team player • Integrity

Education • HS Diploma/GED
