We are seeking a title processor to join our busy title company!
Responsibilities:
- Review title searches and clear any issues
- Plan and schedule settlements
- Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and other real estate professionals
- Prepare closing documents
- Post Closing Experience a plus
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years previous experience in title
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
