A credit reporting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Industry Customer Service Representative. Must be able to: Assist clients when they call in with questions and concerns Complete tasks and/or projects that have been assigned Meet or exceed daily production quotas Qualifications Include: Travel to Evergreen, Colorado for training for up to a two week period at hire, and then potentially annually thereafter Demonstrate strong data entry skills Ability to carry out instructions and requests in an organized and timely manner Must become FCRA certified Experience in the mortgage and/or credit reporting industries - one year minimum
