Pay out is HALF at the completion of 90 days, HALF at the completion of 6 months. Sign-On Bonus eligible hires MUST HAVE an active Journeyman or Master License. We are looking for Residential HVAC Installation Mechanics that have the knowledge and ability to replace existing heating and cooling systems with the assistance of an apprentice.
