The mission requires a strong offense and a steadfast defense. The offense collects, processes, and disseminates intelligence information derived from foreign signals for intelligence and counterintelligence purposes. The defense prevents adversaries from getting access to sensitive classified national security information. The NSA Office of Strategies and Succession Management seeks a Human Capital Strategic Consultant to facilitate strategic workforce planning initiatives that enable the Agency to aggressively recruit, develop, support, and retain top talent for the workforce of the future.Description of PositionHuman Capital Strategic Consultants are responsible for:- Gathering information (both qualitative and quantitative) and conducting analyses required to project future workforce requirements and organizational needs- Consulting with stakeholders to develop strategic workforce plans that support the organization's current and future workforce requirements- Collaborating with human capital partners (recruitment, career planning, training and development, etc.) to design programs and processes in line with the strategic workforce plan- Developing communication strategies to support the implementation of initiatives driven by the organizations strategic workforce plan- Briefing organizational leaders on strategic workforce planning activitiesMandatory Qualification ReqsSalary Range: $68,036 - $106,012 (Full Performance)*The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position.Entry is with a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 1 year of relevant experience or a Doctoral degree and no experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 7 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position.Degree must be in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Business Management, or an HR-related field (eg Personnel Counseling Services, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, I-O Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management). At the bachelor's level, may also be in a related field (eg, psychology, sociology, and counseling).Relevant experience must be in consulting, training, or managing in organizational development, organizational behavior, and/or human resources; and/or designing HR and workforce development solutions. Experience as a research assistant or associate in organizational development, HR, or management counts toward the requirement.Salary Range: $96,970 - $148,967 (Senior)*The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position.Entry is with a Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 2 years of relevant experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 13 years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree plus 11 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position.Degree must be in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Business Management, or an HR-related field (eg Personnel Counseling Services, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, I-O Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management).
