This is a newly created position due to exciting growth in this nation-wide organization! Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in growing the company HR team, vitalizing HRIS systems, and become directly involved in daily operations. This Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: 1) Provide overall guidance and support to daily HR operations. 2) Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Best Practices on a company-wide level in direct partnership with upper management. 3) Oversee benefits and compensation standards, providing employee support as necessary in fielding relating questions or concerns. 4) Provide exceptional employee relations initiatives. 5) Assist in recruiting and staffing efforts, conduct initial screening interviews, prepare job postings, administer orientations as needed. 6) Work to improve daily Human Resources operations, initiatives, and projects. Complete all other related duties as necessary.Qualifications: 1) At least 5 years' experience in a Generalist capacity. 2) ADP Workforce Now Experience required. 3) Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar field. 4) Human Resources related certifications preferred (ie PHR, SHRM) 5) Full-scope HR exposure including recruitment life-cycle, benefits management, and HRIS systems experience. 6) Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus!
