FOH Manager positions are currently available at all three of our locations: Ashburn, Lansdowne, and South Riding. We accomplish this by promoting internally, offering schedules that allow a healthy work-life balance, and offering a wide range of benefits for eligible employees including: Health insurance Dental insurance Paid vacation time Dining privileges (Up to $100 per month) Team member spotlight program And more Duties Include, But Are Not Limited to the Following : Be present and hands-on with all operations during shift to ensure outstanding service for our guests Assist in overseeing FOH operations Assist with directing and supervising FOH hourly staff on a daily basis Manage FOH hourly staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing per shift Assist with the interviewing, hiring, and training of new employees Address any guests' concerns graciously and efficiently Maintain food quality standards Perform additional duties as needed for restaurant operations Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management position High school diploma or GED Must have and maintain an active ServSafe Managers Certification.
